What is Lagree?
Lagree is a high-intensity, low-impact workout that uses the Megaformer machine to sculpt, strengthen, and tone your entire body. It blends strength training, cardio, core, and balance into one slow, controlled, and transformative workout.
How do I book a class?
You can book directly through our website or app (powered by Mariana Tek). Simply create an account, choose your class, and reserve your spot.
How should I prepare for my first class?
Arrive 10–15 minutes early, bring grip socks (required), and wear form-fitting activewear. We'll give you a full walkthrough of the Megaformer so you feel confident and ready.
What is your cancellation policy
We have a 12-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels or no-shows will result in a lost class credit or a fee, depending on your membership type.
How often should I take classes?
3–4 times per week is ideal for building strength and seeing results, but even 1–2 sessions can make a difference when combined with recovery.
How long is the class?
Each Lagree class is 45 minutes of focused, full-body intensity.
Will I lose my spot if I’m late?
Yes — for your safety and the flow of class, late arrivals may not be allowed to join after 5 minutes past the start time.
Where should I leave my personal belongings?
We provide cubbies and storage areas for your personal items. Please silence your phone and keep valuables secured.
When do class credits expire?
Expiration varies by package. Check your account details or ask our front desk for help. Credits typically expire within 30–90 days.
Can I bring my kids to class?
While we love your little ones, our studio is an adult-focused space. Children are not allowed in the studio during class times.
What is the refund policy?
All sales are final. Unused class credits may be transferred or extended at our discretion. Please contact us with specific concerns.
I have never done this type of workout, can I start in any class?
Yes! All classes are beginner-friendly and our instructors will help you modify movements. You're encouraged to go at your own pace.
Should my first class be a private lesson?
It’s optional. Many new clients start with a group class, but if you prefer more personal attention, we offer private intro sessions by request.
How does the waitlist work?
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot opens, you'll be notified automatically and added to the class — just make sure notifications are enabled and you confirm your spot promptly.
How do I cancel class?
Log into your account via the app or website and cancel your reservation. Make sure to do so within the cancellation window (see below) to avoid fees.
What if I miss my class?
If you don’t cancel in time or don’t show up, it will be considered a no-show and subject to our cancellation policy.
What do I need for Class?
Grip socks (required), water, and a towel. We recommend form-fitting activewear to support proper movement and alignment.
How can I upgrade my membership?
Log into your account and visit the “Membership” tab, or email us and we’ll help you transition to a higher-tier plan.
How do I cancel or place a hold on my membership?
Contact us directly at [your email] at least 5 days before your next billing cycle. Holds and cancellations must be processed manually.
Do you offer any discounts?
We offer special rates for students, teachers, first responders, and Cape Cod locals. Follow us on Instagram or join our mailing list for promotions.
Can I work out if I’m pregnant?
Every pregnancy is different, so we always recommend consulting your doctor first. That said, Lagree is low-impact and can be modified for many stages of pregnancy. If you’re expecting, please let your instructor know before class so we can provide safe and supportive modifications tailored to your needs. Your wellness journey is personal — and we’re here to support it.
